What You'll Do

  • Develop digital investment allocation recommendations tied to specific audiences and objectives that offer strong rationale tied to achieving our brand and business objectives
  • Critically analyze ongoing campaign data and insights to continually improve our strategic recommendations for budget allocation, campaign activation, and optimizations
  • Recommend digital operations strategies aligned to campaign set up and activation, media and martech solutions, including the use of 1, 2, 3P data
  • Recommend new platforms, tactics, and formats to deliver on objectives, drive efficiency, and improve measurability
  • Partner closely with internal stakeholders and cross-functional partners, such as Marketing and Data Science, to identify testing opportunities, and uncover critical insights and learnings for future campaigns

Basic Qualifications

  • 8+ years of experience primarily in digital planning investment, and activation, ideally in both agency and in house settings
  • Understanding of media and measurement trends, tools and approaches for full funnel campaigns, including but not limited to dynamic creative optimization, ad serving, and in-platform media testing
  • Experience navigating cross-functional teams, stakeholders and leadership, representing a clear POV, and advocating for media objectives
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, particularly in clearly synthesizing complex concepts
  • In-platform experience across social and programmatic channels, including campaign set up and activation, and in-flight optimizations

Preferred Qualifications

  • 10+ years of experience in media strategy, planning and activation
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights
  • Attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving
  • Team player with a positive attitude and a willingness to learn and adapt

  • Strong time management and prioritization skills and the ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment

  • Curious and critical thinker, with a genuine interest in media and marketing

  • Tech industry experience

For New York, NY-based roles: The base salary range for this role is USD$157,000 per year - USD$174,000 per year.
