Responsibilities for this role include but are not limited to:
Covering the reception/conference/meeting rooms area during business hours, hosting guests, and interacting with clients in a professional manner
Ensuring that all incoming calls are answered and addressed in accordance with the Company's policy and procedures
Keeping the Central Lobby and Conference Center areas in order in accordance with the Company’s policy
Arranging conference calls and meetings as requested, coordinating conference room and facility booking
Taking care of printing, copying, and binding of the documents
Organizing a proper and timely distribution of the Company’s incoming/outgoing correspondence
Maintain optimal office car/taxi provision for Company guests
Ordering of consumables for the office (stationery, hygiene products and other necessary goods) and agreeing the necessary replenishment with the facility manager
Monthly reporting to the facility manager on the office correspondence, taxi service
Assisting the team in various administrative/secretarial tasks as requested
Be able to coordinate administrative/secretarial tasks in online format as required
Technical skills and requirements:
University graduate
Minimum 1 year of experience on a similar position
Ability to work within strict deadlines and corporate procedures
Good interpersonal skills
Excellent written and verbal communication in Georgian and English
