Responsibilities for this role include but are not limited to:

  • Covering the reception/conference/meeting rooms area during business hours, hosting guests, and interacting with clients in a professional manner
  • Ensuring that all incoming calls are answered and addressed in accordance with the Company's policy and procedures
  • Keeping the Central Lobby and Conference Center areas in order in accordance with the Company’s policy
  • Arranging conference calls and meetings as requested, coordinating conference room and facility booking
  • Taking care of printing, copying, and binding of the documents
  • Organizing a proper and timely distribution of the Company’s incoming/outgoing correspondence
  • Maintain optimal office car/taxi provision for Company guests
  • Ordering of consumables for the office (stationery, hygiene products and other necessary goods) and agreeing the necessary replenishment with the facility manager
  • Monthly reporting to the facility manager on the office correspondence, taxi service
  • Assisting the team in various administrative/secretarial tasks as requested
  • Be able to coordinate administrative/secretarial tasks in online format as required

Technical skills and requirements:

  • University graduate
  • Minimum 1 year of experience on a similar position
  • Ability to work within strict deadlines and corporate procedures
  • Good interpersonal skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication in Georgian and English
  • Computer literacy
