Maintain SLAs that impact both business performance and customer satisfaction.
Drive adoption and effective utilization of SFDC and APPTUS tools across the Service Sales organization.
Apply strategic and analytical insights to influence business outcomes, drive sales linearity, and support execution pacing.
Own and optimize key sales operations processes to meet zone commitments and ensure revenue compliance.
Use analytical thinking and technical expertise to implement policies and strategies, while proposing solutions for complex, interdependent processes.
Act as a resource for less experienced colleagues, lead small-scale projects, and foster team alignment by communicating expectations and resolving sensitive issues.
Knowledge level is comparable to a Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college.
Minimum 8+ years of experience.
Requires experience in Contract Management preferably within Services
Strong oral and written communication skills.
Demonstrated ability to analyze and resolve problems.
Ability to document, plan, market, and execute programs.
Established project management skills.
