Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business, Liberal Arts, or related field AND 8+years experiencein cloud/infrastructure technologies, information technology (IT) consulting/support, systems administration, network operations, software development/support, technology solutions, practice development, architecture, and/or consulting
    • OR equivalent experience.
  • 3+ yearsofdirectpeople management experience, including managing consultant practice managers, technical sales managers, and/or technical architect managers.

Other Requirements:

  • Required Cloud Screenings will be administered on a recurring bi-annual basis.
  • Citizenship & Citizenship Verification: This position requires verification of U.S citizenship due to citizenship-based legal restrictions. Specifically, this position supports United States federal, state, and/or local United States government agency customers and is subject to certain citizenship-based restrictions whererequiredorpermittedby applicable law. To meet this legal requirement, citizenship will be verified via a valid passport, or other approved documents, or verified US government clearance.

  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business, Liberal Arts, or related field AND 12+years experiencein cloud/infrastructure technologies, information technology (IT) consulting/support, systems administration, network operations, software development/support, technology solutions, practice development, architecture, and/or consulting
    • ORMaster's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business, or related field AND 8+years experiencein cloud/infrastructure technologies, technology solutions, practice development, architecture, and/or consulting
    • OR equivalent experience.
  • 6+years experienceworking in a customer-facing role
  • 6+years experienceleading technical projects, teams, or functions
  • Understanding and/or experience withMicrosoft productivity technologies (M365, Copilot, Endpoint, AVD, Power Platform, Copilot Studio, D365)
  • Understanding and/or experience with Microsoft security technologiesand capabilities(Modern SecOps,Data Security,andThreat Protection)
  • Experience leadingacross sales and delivery organizations
  • Technical Certification in Cloud-based systems or security
  • 5+ years people management experience, including managing consultant practice managers, technical sales managers, and/or technical architect managers.

Lead the Cloud Solution Architecture Team for AI Business Solutions (ABS) and Security by:

  • Driving Customer-Centric Delivery: Coach teams to deliver seamless, outcome-driven engagements that align with customer success plans and accelerate digital transformation based on Microsoft architecture standards, methodologies and risk management practices.
  • Developing Strategic Relationships: Guide teams in building trusted partnerships with C-level technical and business stakeholders to influence decision-making and drive adoption.
  • Translating Insights into Action: Leverage customer, partner, and market insights to shape solution strategies, remove blockers, and influence product roadmaps.
  • Managing Business Performance: Oversee forecasting, scorecards, and pipeline health to meet business targets and ensure delivery on Microsoft’s Customer Promise. Drive business results by aligning delivery actions and outcomes with business KPIs.
  • Practicing Operational Excellence: Drive delivery through Unified, ensure milestones are tracked and updated , labor is logged timely, delivery consumption is proactively managed, etc.
  • Fostering Technical Excellence & Innovation: Promote a culture of continuous learning, IP development, and technical readiness to stay ahead of industry trends and customer needs.
  • Championing Collaboration & Culture: Model inclusive leadership, cross-team collaboration, and knowledge sharing to build a high-performing, growth-oriented team culture.
