What your job will look like:
- Ensure business continuity of Mobileye campus and with maximum efficiency.
- Daily full time, five days a week onsite work. 24/7 responsibility on site as first point of contact.
- Manage building maintenance, upgrades, and repairs.
- Build yearly plans of all maintenance and projects plans and execution.
- Manage employees and contractors and service providers for the site.
- Work directly with stakeholders to provide the required services.
- Execution of preventive maintenance plan to ensure that building systems operate efficiently.
- Professional development of technicians and teams leaders.
- Negotiate contracts with service providers and vendors.
- Prepare and track facility budget (monitor expenses and initiate corrective actions).
- Coordination of maintenance works with relevant parties, both external and internal.
All you need is:
- At least 10 years' experience as a Maintenance Manager or in a similar managerial role.
- Strong knowledge of engineering concepts, including electrical, hydraulic, and mechanical systems.
- Experience with planning maintenance operations.
- At least 5 years' experience in managing teams, leading and moving teams to meet goals.
- Proven experience in managing budgets and building work plans.
- Prior experience in working with diverse interfaces and/or work in a global organization.
- Service oriented and positive and active approach.
- Team player with strong interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently.
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related technical field – advantage.
