Procurement and Third-Party Management (P&TPM) is responsible for procuring products and services for Citigroup and manages the risks associated with Citi’s use of and reliance upon third party relationships, including outsourced arrangements, across all business lines and locations. P&TPM defines and oversees the implementation of policies and standards that provide controls to assess and manage risks related to Citi’s third-party relationships and outsourcing arrangements. The goal of P&TPM is to support Citi’s selection and management of third parties capable of providing products and services in a safe and sound manner and at a reasonable cost and to manage the risks associated with third parties.
What you’ll do
- Act as a gatekeeper for our TPM Country Procedures and Standards
- Interface with Global stakeholders for compliance to TPM policy and standard and the required cluster/country TPM Governance Framework
- Escalate issues that arise due to the failure to execute TPM Program requirements to the applicable In-Business Risk, Third Party Management Office (TPMO), Business Activity Owner (BAO), and other stakeholders; where appropriate
- Produce/Maintain MI and Issue Tracking through the lifecycle of the TPM Country Procedures and Standards, and be a point-person for this process where applicable
- Maintain an active awareness and insights into International TPM Regulations and connect in with Global and Local ICRM Stakeholders
What we’ll need from you
- 8+years relevant work experience in Business Risk & Controls and Third-Party Management – desirably in a regulated environment (e.g. financial services)
- Third party vendor management and project management experience is preferred
- Fluent English knowledge, any other language knowledge is an advantage
- Strong MS Excel, MS Access, SAS, SQL, Visual Basic a plus
- Demonstrated ability to lead global team efforts
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to lead difficult conversations with stakeholder of all levels
- Ability to see the big pictures with high attention to critical details
- Demonstrated ability to develop and implement strategy and process improvement initiatives.
