Job Description
The product manager acts as a catalyst for marketing and support areas within the organization.
Inbound Responsibilities (Creating value)
Lead marketing strategy and activities implementation across all support areas
Responsible for marketing and sales performance
Develop marketing strategies driven by data and other source of information
Understand customer needs and requirements
Monitor and improve customer satisfaction
Understand the patient journey and opportunities to accelerate patient access to the treatment
Understand the market and competition for the product and develop a value strategy for the brand through a collaborative work with other OMPM;
Help to develop product roadmap and competitive positioning
Lead, support the development and execution of the pre-launch plan including supporting areas strategies which allows a successful launch
Lead, support the development and execution of the ONE brand plan including supporting areas strategies and activities
Develop promotion plan through traditional and nontraditional channels
Work with regulatory affairs to ensure that product meets requirements and stays within approval schedule
Develop the SF Training Program with the support of training to ensure SF is trained on strategies, indications, and disease in properly time
Develop the feasibility and health economics evaluation plan to accomplish with product approval and positioning (if required)
Develop market research plan with the support of DnA area to get data and insights which allow product strategy development and adapt to market trends
Develop a PR and communication plan (internal and external) with the support of communication area
Develop a stakeholder segmentation
Lead forecasting process and review the performance
Define promotion budget allocation and ensure timely implementation
Work with field team to review account plan and activities related to ensure it´s aligned with brand strategy
Work with patient program to develop strategies which support brand strategy
Ensure adequate product supply through market analysis and performance
Have comprehensive understanding of the Oncology (disease and product scientific data) and health care system
Have a stakeholder board to discuss opportunities, trends, challenges and get insights
Accompany sales personnel on key customer visits
Establish a solid relationship with stakeholders
Engagement with regional team
Product life cycle management
Lead the scientific engagement through traditional and nontraditional channels
People development (when applicable)
Develop innovative projects
Develop internal awareness campaign
Education and Experience Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in marketing or a related field.
Working experience in marketing, particularly within oncology.
Proficiency in English (advanced).
Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word and Outlook.
