Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
5 years of experience identifying issues in processes and creating solutions, and working with cross-functional teams to drive these changes.
5 years of experience in a customer or client-facing role supporting role in operations management.
5 years of experience building relationships with stakeholders or clients.
Preferred qualifications:
Experience in program management on cross-functional projects.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to communicate effectively with multiple levels including executive leadership team, peers and managers.
Experience in dealing with ambiguity, achieving results in a fast-paced environment and continually adapting to changing business needs.
Demonstrated record of problem-solving and analytical skills, including modeling and presentation skills
Ability to create dashboards for requirements, management, and present them in a clear and precise way. Direct experience building and managing budgets and experience with strategic business planning processes in large organizations
