What You’ll Do What You’ll Bring
- Oversee janitorial operations at our manufacturing sites
- Hold meetings with janitorial vendor staff to communicate priorities and goals
- Implement, monitor, and enforce adherence to quality and safety policies, including onsite safety and quality audits
- Assist in creating and implementing standards in partnership with other sites to ensure continuity within the Operations team
- Oversee the upkeep and maintenance of culinary equipment, including Keurigs, refrigerators, soda machines, and vending machines
- Collaborate with managers from different departments and liaise with team members to achieve culinary department projects and goals
- Work collaboratively with fast-paced cross-functional teams to solve complex issues, set goals, track deliverables, and report progress
- 3+ years of experience with janitorial service in manufacturing/warehouse sites
- Open to schedule flexibility that will allow for a variety of shifts, including days, nights, or weekend
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Highly proficient in Excel and Microsoft Office Suite
