Achieve or exceed sales and profitability KPIs. Increase volume and penetration rate of leasing within Dell
Work closely with outside sales representatives and partners to devise new and innovative solutions to business opportunities
Coach, train and develop Dell Internal and External Sales Representatives, leaders, and executives to the standards set by DFS
Viewed as a trusted business advisor to the customer and partner and uses in-depth knowledge of company technology, products and services to help customers and partners formulate strategy and direction
Produce business forecasts as required by line managerand execute sales campaigns accurately and promptly
Essential Requirements
2+ years of prior experience in a sales role with proven track record of achievement in a dynamic, target driven environment
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills combined with self-management
Ability to provide coaching to peers and build strong relationships, while still being a strong team player and manage time effectively and prioritize key tasks with a strong customer focus
Knowledge of financial products (e.g loans, financial and operating leases)
Degree qualifications in a Bachelor of Business or similar field
