You will:

  • Achieve or exceed sales and profitability KPIs. Increase volume and penetration rate of leasing within Dell
  • Work closely with outside sales representatives and partners to devise new and innovative solutions to business opportunities
  • Coach, train and develop Dell Internal and External Sales Representatives, leaders, and executives to the standards set by DFS
  • Viewed as a trusted business advisor to the customer and partner and uses in-depth knowledge of company technology, products and services to help customers and partners formulate strategy and direction
  • Produce business forecasts as required by line managerand execute sales campaigns accurately and promptly



Essential Requirements

  • 2+ years of prior experience in a sales role with proven track record of achievement in a dynamic, target driven environment
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills combined with self-management
  • Ability to provide coaching to peers and build strong relationships, while still being a strong team player and manage time effectively and prioritize key tasks with a strong customer focus
  • Knowledge of financial products (e.g loans, financial and operating leases)
  • Degree qualifications in a Bachelor of Business or similar field
