Key responsibilities:
Monitoring compliance with work instructions and work processes.
Optimal deployment of people as well as supplies based on own knowledge and real-time work offer during the shift.
Signaling and reporting malfunctions to the Line Facilitator / Maintenance department. Discussing issues with the Supervisor in order to structurally solve malfunctions and other problems during the shift.
Based on the core metrics; continuous improvement of the workplace and -processes in consultation with the Supervisor.
Where appropriate, co-conducting PDC conversations in close coordination with Supervisor and providing him/her with input on employee performance.
Emergency response officer and Emergency response lead during the assigned shift.

Attend to leadership courses
Experience gained in a warehouse/distribution center or other logistics work environments.
Good knowledge of and experience with SAP, Word, Excel and Power Point.
Being able to lead small improvement projects using the BSCI lean essential tools.
Available for two shifts.
Good communication skills, spoken and written, in Dutch and English.
