What you'll do
Support of SAP Academy for Customer Success Team MEE during their daily business:
- Preparation, coordination, and strong support of meetings and activities for all three programs (Sales, Customer Success Manager, and Solution Advisory)
- Preparation of presentations and e-mailings
- Academy Associates onboarding support from demand planning. recruiting until equipment ordering
- Academy Associates data maintenance & reporting
- Research and administrative activities
Special projects:
- Collaboration in the execution of Social Media Campaigns
- Delivering creative learning and activity concepts for our Academy participants and graduates
What you bring
- Student at university or university of applied sciences
- Preferred field(s) of study: Business Administration or similar
- Computer skills: MS Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
- Language skills: fluent in German and English
- Soft skills: High attention to detail; strong communication skills; organized working style; pro-active; fast-paced, analytical skills
- Others: Discretion to deal with personal data is an absolute must
