Key Responsibilities
- Solution Design: Develop and deliver end-to-end solutions leveraging Microsoft Dynamics 365, ensuring they align with client business requirements and industry best practices.
- Client Engagement: Collaborate with clients to understand their business processes, identify opportunities for D365 integration, and provide tailored recommendations.
- Implementation Oversight: Lead the technical aspects of D365 implementation projects, including system architecture, configuration, and customization.
- Technical Leadership: Provide guidance and support to development teams, ensuring the delivery of high-quality, scalable, and secure solutions.
- Stakeholder Management: Engage with both technical and non-technical stakeholders to communicate technical concepts, project progress, and solution benefits.
- Best Practices: Stay updated with the latest D365 features, industry trends, and emerging technologies to continuously enhance solution delivery and client satisfaction.
Skills and Attributes for Success
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years’ experience in IT roles, with at least 3 years specializing in Microsoft Dynamics 365 solution architecture.
- Expertise: Proven experience in designing and implementing D365 solutions across various modules such as Sales, Customer Service, Field Service, Finance, and Operations.
- Technical Skills: In-depth knowledge of D365 architecture, data modeling, and integration techniques. Proficiency in configuring and customizing D365 applications.
- Leadership: Strong leadership and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and workstreams simultaneously.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to diverse audiences.
- Certifications: Relevant Microsoft Dynamics 365 certifications (e.g., Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 Solution Architect) are highly desirable.
Ideally, You’ll Also Have
- Consulting Experience: Previous experience in a consulting environment with a track record of successful client engagements and solution delivery.
- Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with industry-specific processes and best practices, particularly in sectors such as manufacturing, retail, or finance.
