Key Responsibilities:
•Manage strategic Advance Detection plan to grow within ROA in a profitable andsustainable manner using Honeywell Operating Systems (HOS)
• Drive and execute Advance Detection territoryplan that includes prioritized regional goals together with the fire sales team
• Strategic account management of key accountsand customers
• Meet face to face with strategic partners onregular basis to support annual operation plan, growth and strategic alignment
• Prepare and agree annual sales plans with eachof Direct customers in conjunction with account managers and regular reviewmeetings to discuss performance and steps to meet goals
• Educate client base through regular sales andestimation training and co-ordinate technical training where required
• Monitoring prices and actions from competition
• Find and pursue business opportunities acrosshis/her region in collaboration with Regional Fire Sales.
• Identify and appoint new Advance DetectionESD's.
•Identify Key opportunities & work with consulting engineers.
• Pull experts as required and bring teamstogether to increase impact
• Identifying and developing new businessopportunities, product / service offerings through new platforms and innovativebusiness models
• Work with Customer Services to follow up onorder booking and related issues to ensure material is delivered on time toachieve quarterly forecasts as per AOP Key Experience & Capabilities:
•Significant and proven experience of managing and leading a team of Salespeople.
•Degree standard engineering qualification, preferably electrical/electronicbased.
• At least 12-15 years of direct sales and business development experienceideally in the ELV, or Advance Detection industry.
•Ability to manage talent in and out at the organization.
•Previous experience in related industries.
