Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Accounting, Finance, Business, Economics, or related field, AND 10+ years related experience, including senior sales leadership roles or technical-sales teams, and/or leadership roles in multi-tiered large organizations OR equivalent experience.
• Cultivates Business and Sales Operations capability to lead governance for Korea to drive a balance in short term results with longer term market momentum, including driving focus on winning new audiences to compete effectively. Communicates business and sales growth opportunities throughout the planning process and provides detailed recommendations for improvement to key stakeholders. Promotes leadership strategies across Korea leadership to deliver sales insight and revenue. Utilizes Microsoft organizational knowledge to interpret internal/external business challenges and recommends best practices to improve products and services. Drives an agenda of innovation, thought leadership, and execution to realize results.• Leverages insights to develop recommendations around potential future growth opportunities and strategic issues for Microsoft sales processes. Applies frameworks and methodologies to drive problem solving and insights. Leads teams to execute projects, programs, and initiatives to deliver financial and operational results. Partners with Regional/Area Leadership Teams to identify growth opportunities in the market, innovates to grow market share, and enables new strategies. Assists to drive Cloud and AI plan emphasizing sustainability, accessibility, skilling and digital transformation.• Managers deliver success through empowerment and accountability by modeling, coaching, and caring.
