Collaborate closely with internal teams, including Actuarial, Customer Experience (CX), Insurance Product, Operations, and Underwriting to align strategies and maximize channel performance
3+ years of experience in the personal lines industry, with a proven track record in business development
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Insurance, Finance, or related field
A hands-on "owner" mentality—no task is too big or small when it comes to achieving our ambitious goals
Exceptional communication and relationship management skills, with a knack for building trust and cultivating strong relationships
Demonstrated track record of successful collaboration with cross-functional stakeholders
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with experience in deriving actionable insights from data
Enthusiasm about learning and adapting to the exciting world of AI – a commitment to exploring this field is a fundamental part of our culture
