Procurement Sr. Analyst
This position is responsible for will be responsible for purchase order maintenance; purchasing vendorcreation/modification
Primary Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:
- Responsible to review purchases orders.
- Provide high standard order management to support to business stakeholders.
- Providing reporting to internal customers and on open orders, shipments, backlog and accruals.
- Troubleshoot invoices with purchases issues to ensure proper registration and resolution.
- On time and on quality delivery of Sourcing/Procurement Operations.
- Meet KPIs, SLAs and internal metrics.
- Interact with both internal and external customers.
- Understand Company’s Principles and Procedures.
Qualifications/Requirements:
- Bachelor level or almost finish university/college degree in Business Administration or a related Engineering.
- 1-3 years of experience working in similar roles (STP, P2P or similar).
- Procurement or Buying experience is required
- SAP ERP MM/FI Experience.
- Intermediate/ Advanced Excel skills.
- Customer service experience.
- Innovative and Team Player.
- Open to flexible schedules
- Advanced English level: B2/C1
- Follow 3M Policies
Preferred Qualifications:
- Lean / Six Sigma Certified (Green Belt/Black Belt)
- Additional language skills
- Project Management certification
- Negotiation skills
