We are looking for a Group Product Manager with an entrepreneurial spirit that will be up to the challenge of creating and leading the marketing CRM product. You’ll start by building a seed team that will evolve to a product group very quickly. You will lead one of monday.com most strategic initiatives which includes interaction with monday.com’s leadership.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build and scale monday marketing CRM product business line to meet Product and ARR goals. In this role you’ll be responsible for the product strategy, growth and monetization of the product. This will include defining the target market, crafting the strategic roadmap, working on pricing and packaging as well as formulating strategy on launches and product marketing positioning - A-Z ownership.
- Craft your Product story and establish a shared vision for your product across the company while working with talented cross-functional team members (across engineering, design, customer success, marketing, sales, etc.). You’ll take full ownership and have a massive impact on the company
- Develop a deep understanding of our customers, their pain points and how monday CRM can meet their needs through customer interviews, and other market research tools.
- Drive focus and speed within your team to ship products people need and love
- Represent the marketing CRM team and your product in the public arena, serving as the voice of your product at conferences and events, online, and with potential business partners
