As the Future of Digital Incubation Strategist, you will lead efforts to establish and realize Apple Store Online’s long-term digital experience vision. While aiming to anticipate future technology and consumer trends, you will help ensure we are setting the bar in the e-commerce industry through innovation. As a key member of the Strategic Innovation Programs team within the Digital Experience & Expansion org, you will work to elevate and expand our online store, as we strive to build outstanding customer experiences across all of our digital interfaces. You will specifically focus on turning global research and customer-centric insights into creative concepts and magical solutions that will in turn drive our capital investments.
You will be responsible for ideating, defining, and planning tailored initiatives. You will use sophisticated technology to surprise and delight our customers and drive tangible growth at unprecedented global scale. Having an eye to the future, you oversee our exploration of net new ideas and concepts that bring to life our 5+ year vision.
- 7+ years of work experience, with 4+ years in a strategy or customer experience function.
- Track record of driving innovation and crafting long-term business strategies with measurable results.
- Clear communicator, with experience working across organizations, including with creative or UX teams.
- Deep knowledge in and passion for the global retail or B2C e-commerce industry and corresponding consumer behavior.
- Comfortable challenging the status quo through insightful research and creative ideation
- Familiarity with emerging tech and futurist trends, with an ability to imagine the impossible.
- Ability to operate both strategically and tactically in parallel - can proactively problem solve ambiguity and sweat the details, while not losing sight of the big picture.
- History of being flexible and resourceful, as well as ultra-collaborative and leading through influence with cross functional and global teams.
- Strong analytical and presentation skills, including uncovering root causes, simplifying complex data into clear takeaways, making data-driven decisions, and creating compelling stories (in Keynote/PowerPoint)
