Providing support in HR related matters to Teva employees based in North America via phone and ServiceNow application
Entering and maintaining employees’ data in the Success Factors system (SAP)
Providing administrative support in HR processes
Preparing the HR reports and analysis
Working closely with other departments
Your experience and qualifications
Fluent verbal and written communication in English
Spanish and/or French language proficiency can be an advantage
Good knowledge of MS Office tools (Excel, Word)
Experience of working in similar administrative jobs is desirable
Willingness to work in an international environment with occasional afternoon work due to different time zones
Customer and team oriented
