Role and Responsibilities

  • Provide expert guidance and advice on Display Division activities, ensuring operations are conducted within approved guidelines.
  • Lead and guide the national team in strategic planning, investment, and sales/marketing initiatives to ensure the Display Division meets objectives.
  • Oversee product management across entire lifecycle, including strategy, pricing, positioning, marketing, retail, commercial channels, supply chain management and reporting.
  • Direct internal org management, including recruitment
  • Recommend improvements for Display Business Operations to enhance efficiency, effectiveness and compliance.
  • Maintain Indepth knowledge of Samsung Sales & Marketing, Product, and Channel Management processes.
  • Develop and implement new processes, or enhance existing ones, related to financial planning and reporting.
  • Prepare, present and lead presentations for executives, leadership teams and external stakeholders as required.
  • Assess and manage business risks, ensuring alignment with company policies and safeguard the companies reputation through strict compliance with laws, regulations and internal standards
  • Analyse reports, generate actionable insights, prepare commentary for management.

Skills and Qualifications

  • Degree in Business Administration or similar
  • Fluent in Korean (Speaking/Writing) and English (Business proficiency in Korean language is required, in order to communicate with Korea HQ and Korean counterparts)
  • 7~10+ years of managerial experience
  • Strong MS Office Skills (Word, Excel, PPT)
  • Good communication skills to engage stakeholders and present results to management (Korea and English)
