Provide expert guidance and advice on Display Division activities, ensuring operations are conducted within approved guidelines.
Lead and guide the national team in strategic planning, investment, and sales/marketing initiatives to ensure the Display Division meets objectives.
Oversee product management across entire lifecycle, including strategy, pricing, positioning, marketing, retail, commercial channels, supply chain management and reporting.
Direct internal org management, including recruitment
Recommend improvements for Display Business Operations to enhance efficiency, effectiveness and compliance.
Maintain Indepth knowledge of Samsung Sales & Marketing, Product, and Channel Management processes.
Develop and implement new processes, or enhance existing ones, related to financial planning and reporting.
Prepare, present and lead presentations for executives, leadership teams and external stakeholders as required.
Assess and manage business risks, ensuring alignment with company policies and safeguard the companies reputation through strict compliance with laws, regulations and internal standards
Analyse reports, generate actionable insights, prepare commentary for management.
Skills and Qualifications
Degree in Business Administration or similar
Fluent in Korean (Speaking/Writing) and English (Business proficiency in Korean language is required, in order to communicate with Korea HQ and Korean counterparts)
7~10+ years of managerial experience
Strong MS Office Skills (Word, Excel, PPT)
Good communication skills to engage stakeholders and present results to management (Korea and English)
