What you'll do:
- Technical Leadership: Drive the technical vision and strategy for the engineering team. Stay current with cutting-edge technologies and best practices in software engineering.
- Business Acumen and Strategic Planning: Comprehend the business context of the work, make informed decisions that align with the overall leadership vision and strategy and identify opportunities to leverage technology to drive business outcomes.
- Team Management: Manage a team of highly skilled engineers. Foster a positive, inclusive, and collaborative work environment. Facilitate team meetings, code reviews, and knowledge sharing sessions.
- Project Management: Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget. Monitor project progress, manage risks, and ensure high standards of quality.
- Mentorship: Provide guidance and mentorship to team members. Promote continuous learning and professional development within the team.
What you'll bring:

- Experience leading teams and people in a technical capacity.
- Experience with agile frameworks and facilitating ceremonies.
- Strong in competencies around planning, communication, and stakeholder management
- CI/CD experience including automated testing experience with mindset to build self-testing code.
- A disciplined approach to development, code review, testing, documentation, and code structure in a team environment.
- Professional experience as a Software Engineer, across front-end & back-end stacks.

The annual salary range for this position is $110,000.00-$220,000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include: - Stock

Option 1: Bachelor's degree in computer science, computer engineering, computer information systems, software engineering, or related area and 5 years’ experience in software engineering or related area. Option 2: 7 years’ experience in software engineering or related area.
2 years’ supervisory experience.
