Key responsibilities:
- Places purchase orders to meet internal customer requirements, manages changes to existing PO’s and follows up with supplier for order acknowledgment
- Invoice resolution for all issues related to procurement invoice holds, works with Account Payables to ensure invoices holds are eliminated
- Leads constraint reviews with suppliers
- Works closely with Sourcing and Offering Management to assure a smooth end to end purchase process.
- Monitors KPI’s and takes corrective actions, supports project implementation for the area of responsibility
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in Procurement or Supply Chain
- SAP skills (or other ERP system)
- Strong communication skills
- Fluent in English/second language French/German would be a plus
