Required/Minimum qualifications

  • Doctorate in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or related field AND 3+ years technical engineering experience OR Master's Degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or related field AND 6+ years technical engineering experience OR Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or related field AND 8+ years technical engineering experience OR equivalent experience.
  • 5+years experiencemanaging cross-functional and/or cross-team projects.
  • 5+years experiencedriving anorg strategy with complex dependencies and at a large scalethoughdirectlyinfluencingateam of TPMswith diverse domainexpertise
  • 3+ years of experience in large-scale Silicon Engineering organizations, with hands-on expertise across silicon engineering disciplines (such as Silicon Operations, Infrastructure, CAD, or Data Analytics), and supporting CRM platforms.

  • Ability to meet Microsoft, customer and/or government security screening requirements are required for this role. These requirements include but are not limited to the following specialized security screenings: Microsoft Cloud Background Check: This position will be required to pass the Microsoft Cloud Background Check upon hire/transfer and every two years thereafter.

Additional or preferred qualifications

  • Hands-on experience withsupportCRM platforms (e.g., Halo, Salesforce, ServiceNow, or equivalent), including workflow design, ticket lifecycle management, and performance monitoring.
  • Solid understanding of AI/ML methodologies (NLP, predictive analytics, automation frameworks) and their application to support management and operations optimization.
  • Data and analytics orientation, withproficiencyinleveragingmetrics, dashboards, and reporting tools to drive strategic improvements.
  • Knowledge of silicon development lifecycles, EDA tools, or semiconductor workflows
  • Ability to translate operational challenges into scalable strategies that align with broader business and engineering goals.
  • Experienceindriving clarity from ambiguity,partnering with senior stakeholders across engineering, operations, and business teams to align priorities and drive organizational impact.
