Create comprehensive lifecycle marketing strategies that acquire, cross-sell, and retain customers, working closely with our Product, Growth, Analytics, BizOps, and Customer Experience teams.
Be a 1:1 marketing channel expert, responsible for operations and execution of email, push and SMS campaigns using our marketing platform, customer io, to support our business objectives
Continuously test and optimize our channel mix, segmentation, lifecycle triggers, and content, regularly reporting on results and findings to cross-functional stakeholders
Collaborate on the design and maintain a new series of email templates in partnership with our in-house Creative team
Support and scale our referral program
4+ years of experience in a CRM, email, lifecycle or retention marketing role, preferably with experience in subscription-based companies
Hands-on experience with enterprise email service providers (ESPs) like Customer io,Klayvio, Braze, Iterable, or Hubspot is required
Proficiency in HTML and CSS and relevant AI tools related to developing email templates
Deep understanding of marketing A/B testing and relevant measurement methodologies
Experience working with referral and loyalty programs preferred
Ability to effectively collaborate with others across multiple teams and disciplines
Ability to work in a hybrid environment 3 days a week in our NYC office
