What you will do- Build and manage sales pipeline : Develop a compelling sales pitch and create 1-3 new opportunities weekly with a minimum ARR of USD 30k (WRR USD 500).
- Participate in tenders : Engage in tender processes for Uber Health solutions, targeting private practices, medical groups, and insurance companies with a targeted ARR of up to USD1m+
- Identify key prospects : Pinpoint target customers, address challenges, and identify preconditions for a successful launch, while monitoring competitors within the healthcare sector.
- Support onboarding and implementation : Assist with the onboarding process and provide light implementation support to ensure a smooth program launch for Uber Health clients.
- Focus on retention and satisfaction : Prioritise long-term customer retention by ensuring seamless Uber Health usage, building strong relationships with stakeholders, gathering feedback, and continuously improving service delivery.
- Refine sales strategies : Adapt sales approaches based on evolving market trends and customer needs within the healthcare sector.
- Conduct market research : Perform in-depth market research to better understand the health segment and identify growth opportunities.
Basic Qualifications- 5+ years of sales experience in complex markets with a proactive, go-getter mindset, ideally within the insurance or healthcare sectors
- Strategic seller capable of overcoming internal and external obstacles with resilience, especially when faced with uncertainties and challenges
- Fluent in German language
- Quota-carrying experience, with a track record of exceeding targets
Preferred Qualifications

- Preferable knowledge of the contracted demand transport and/or insurance sector
- Healthcare sales experience and Non-Emergency Medical Transportation experience is a plus
