Your Career
AI and automation are key enablers for Palo Alto Networks to grow at the scale and speed necessary to support our cybersecurity customers. As the Principal Product Manager of AI and Automation, you will identify and drive improvements, enhancing all aspects of the product lifecycle - build, deploy, operate, and retire. Your products will improve the productivity and experience of all Palo Alto Networks employees.
Your Impact
- Create a vision for how we’ll improve the Palo Alto Networks employee experience through AI and automation
- Understand our customer's needs to build problem statement analysis and feature requirements
- Lead the full product life cycle by directing, productizing, and prioritizing features
- Know when to use and how to apply the right AI or Automation technology to the correct use case
- Obsess about data and metrics - you know that “what we measure, we improve.”
- Frequently interact with executive leadership and are a master of clearly articulating value, progress, and where help is needed
- Work effectively with all areas of the organization in a global company, from engineering to sales, spanning different countries and regions
Your Experience
- Minimum 10 years in Cybersecurity or high-tech product management
- Demonstrated ability to thrive in fast-paced and ambiguous environments
- Strong background in AI/ML - well-versed in LLMs
- Ability to manage multiple tasks, projects, priorities, and deadlines
- Excellent analytical, written and verbal communication skills
- Master influencer through the use of data
- Experience in speaking in front of partners and major customers
- Team player with a can do approach

The compensation offered for this position will depend on qualifications, experience, and work location. For candidates who receive an offer at the posted level, the starting base salary (for non-sales roles) or base salary + commission target (for sales/commissioned roles) is expected to be between $160,600/yr to $259,700/yr. The offered compensation may also include restricted stock units and a bonus. A description of our employee benefits may be found .
