Responsibilities

• The incumbent will be responsible for providing secretarial and administrative support to our Partner and Directors of GCO, liaising with other departments and handling correspondences
• Provide daily work support for the Managers and Senior Managers, including meeting arrangement, travel arrangement
• Help execute various internal protocols
• Help organizing signing of internal documents
• Provide coordination support for some programs or systems
• Arranging invoice payments, tracking and reports

Requirements

• Diploma holder or above with formal secretarial training
• At least 3 - 5 years’ relevant working experience in similar role
• Hands on PC skills including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese word processing
• Good command of spoken and written Chinese and English, proficiency in Mandarin will be an advantage
• Some financial knowledge will be an advantage and willing to learn if not proficient
• Independent, detail-minded and well-organized
• Able to work independently and a good team player
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
