The incumbent will be responsible for providing secretarial and administrative support to our Partner and Directors of GCO, liaising with other departments and handling correspondences
Provide daily work support for the Managers and Senior Managers, including meeting arrangement, travel arrangement
Help execute various internal protocols
Help organizing signing of internal documents
Provide coordination support for some programs or systems
Arranging invoice payments, tracking and reports
Requirements
Diploma holder or above with formal secretarial training
At least 3 - 5 years’ relevant working experience in similar role
Hands on PC skills including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese word processing
Good command of spoken and written Chinese and English, proficiency in Mandarin will be an advantage
Some financial knowledge will be an advantage and willing to learn if not proficient
Independent, detail-minded and well-organized
Able to work independently and a good team player
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
