- Collaboratewith cross-functional teams to implement strategic projects, supporting withtechnical specifications, cost estimates, project timelines to further developthe Waste Management Department
- Focuson costs and performance optimization throughout analysis of productionprocesses, materials, and resource utilization
- Implementand enforce best practices for waste reduction and proper disposal in alignmentwith environmental regulations
- Developtime and motion studies for waste activities
- Supportin Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) creation, measurement, and monitoring
- Regularlyinspect waste related workflow and processes on the shopfloor for enhancementof productivity.
- Bachelor’sdegree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or a relatedfield. Advanced degrees are a plus
- Minimum3 years’ experience in industrial/process engineering roles, processoptimization on shop floor, cost reduction projects, and continuousimprovement
- Knowledgeabout waste regulations or previous work in Waste Management is a plus
- Knowledgeand experience with Lean Manufacturing Tools
- Be veryproactive and enjoy working independently
- Expertlevel in Microsoft Office suite of programs
- Keenattention to detail in data collection, data analysis, and processinvestigation
- Abilityto work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and communicate effectivelywith different stakeholders
- Fluent in English and German
