What you'll do

The SIX Employee Enablement Activation team improves solution knowledge across all internal audiences through enablement and experiences to ensure customer success. We are seeking a talented student (f/m/d), who is interested in supporting a variety of communication needs and administrative work for our organization wide employee solution enablement programs. These programs require thoughtful and evolving communication plans from initial concepts through final delivery. You will play a key role in contributing to our related efforts in the internal marketing to make it visible, effective, and of relevance through different emerging platforms and communication channels.

You will work together with the Global Solution activation team to innovate and deliver engaging program that support the SAP Strategic transformation and organizational development goals. The Employee Solution Activation team is dedicated to planning, building, and delivering world-class solution skills programs that address employee development needs and align with business priorities and growth strategies across board areas and roles.

  • You should be a creative thinker with focus on detail and keen interest to contribute to timely and informative communication efforts.
  • Assist in the creation of engaging content for a variety of internal communication vehicles, including SharePoint sites, videos, and PowerPoint presentations.
  • Support planning, scheduling and updating main communication sites with current and accurate information and design.
  • Stay current on Digital platforms and make recommendations for improvements to processes and programs.
  • Work with the team on regular tracking reports on content performance to help understand what best engages our audiences and help guide future content strategy.
  • Topics are aligned to current business requirements and to the interests and experiences of the student.

What you bring

  • Student (f/m/d) at a university or a university of applied sciences
  • Preferred fields of study: Business Administration or related
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Computer skills: Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint) ,MS Teams, SharePoint, experience in Web Design
  • Team player, creative, effective organization skills
  • Language skills: Fluent in English, German - both written and verbal
  • Soft skills: Team player, expert in organizing, creative
