Support PB Asia CEO in defining, implementing and driving accountability for the strategic direction of the business
Actively partner with key stakeholders such as Market Managers, Solutions and other support functions on a day-to-day basis in a highly dynamic environment to ensure appropriate alignment of priorities, strategies and resources
Navigate and facilitate information between teams and Lines of Business as appropriate for better business collaboration – be able to ‘join the dots’ across different areas of the bank.
Utilize qualitative and quantitative tools to analyze, synthesize and interpret data and information
Chair relevant meetings on behalf of CEO whenever necessary
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
University degree
Approximately 8-10 years of work experience within the financial services industry, ideally with exposure to private banking / wealth management
Superior judgment and discretion working with both confidential and sensitive information
Strong business acumen, detailed-oriented, possessing strong analytical skills
Attention to detail, timeliness, and effectiveness with proven ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines
Proactive, intellectually curious team player who takes ownership of issues and drives to resolution as and when necessary
Highly articulate in both written and verbal business communication
Demonstrates presence / gravitas in meetings with senior management
Strong interpersonal and influencing skills are key
