Your Impact

  • Build out and manage lab environments and demo systems to replicate customer environments and real-world simulations
  • Help customers, channel partners, and system engineers with product related questions and hands-on technical training
  • Develop technical content including tech notes, publications, solution guides, white papers, and webinars
  • Continues monitoring the performance of new releases after they are available
  • Drive success of customer trials by assisting beta customers with understanding and configuring new product capabilities
  • Work closely with Product Management on product feedback for future improvements
  • Review PRDs and engineering specs and provide feedback
  • Develop and deliver high-reaching positiDevelop and deliver high-reaching positioning strategies and answer specific questions relative to the product area

Your Experience

  • BS/MS in computer science field or equivalent experience or equivalent military experience required
  • Prior experience delivering technical product training, producing technical collaterals, and presenting to customers
  • Prefer direct experience in Web Security technologies, such as Threat Prevention, Malware, Exploits, Command-and-Control, Adversarial Defenses, Red / Purple / Blue Team tools, SASE, Machine Learning, Generative AI for Security, or similar technologies
  • Strong desire to experiment with new technologies
  • Experience to setup lab environment
  • Knowledge in building and maintaining POC & Demo environments
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong presentation skills and trade show experience
  • Self-starter with excellent project organization skills, ability to drive complex projects with high levels of detail and hit deadlines
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously
  • Strong customer advocacy skills and experience, ability to work in difficult customer situations
  • Excellent people skills, team mentality

The compensation offered for this position will depend on qualifications, experience, and work location. For candidates who receive an offer at the posted level, the starting base salary (for non-sales roles) or base salary + commission target (for sales/com-missioned roles) is expected to be between $151,700/yr to $245,400/yr. The offered compensation may also include restricted stock units and a bonus. A description of our employee benefits may be found .
