- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- 10 years of experience developing operational process solutions, and working with cross-functional teams to drive these changes.
- 10 years of experience analyzing data and generating business insights.
- 10 years of experience in a customer or client-facing role supporting advertising products.
- 10 years of experience in running customer support operations across voice, chat and email channels.
- 5 years of experience working with or supporting advertising products like AdWords (Search, Display, Shopping, Mobile), and Google Analytics.
Preferred qualifications:
- Master's degree or MBA.
- 2 years of experience in working with support operations, servicing digital Ads customers.
- Experience with contractual governance, operational cost management, and operations performance reviews (corrective action and continuous improvement).
- Experience in project management, customer service, process quality and process optimization.
- Ability to make decisions independently, especially in regards to executive and stakeholder engagement.
- Excellent project management skills and ability to plan, coordinate and execute against assigned tasks.
