What will you do:
Provide technical support to Red Hat enterprise customers
Diagnose problems, troubleshoot customer issues, and develop solutions to technical issues
Troubleshoot & solve issues related to Red Hat Subscription Management and Red Hat Satellite
Exceed customer expectations by providing outstanding customer service
Report product bugs and provide the necessary steps to reproduce them
Consult and develop relationships with in-house engineers and developers to promote creative solutions and improve customer satisfaction
Contribute to the global Red Hat knowledge management system while working on customer issues
What will you bring:
6+ years of Linux experience in the enterprise sector, with excellent administration skills
Thorough knowledge of Fedora/Red Hat Enterprise Linux Package Management
Excellent troubleshooting skills, and a passion for problem-solving and investigation
Ability to work with conflicting priorities, take initiative, and maintain a customer-centric focus
Is considered a big plus:
Satellite experience
Provisioning experience.
Scripting and Ansible experience
Upstream Foreman. Familiarity with Pulp3
