What You Will Do:

  • Territory Ownership: Own, analyze, and prioritize your territory to ensure effective time management and sales execution.
  • Master SAP HCM: Become an expert in SAP’s unified HCM solutions and communicate the compelling value they offer to customers.
  • Build Client Relationships: Cultivate deep, trust-based relationships with key decision-makers and HR leaders, creating lasting partnerships.
  • Sales & Business Development: Create and implement strategic sales initiatives to increase SAP HCM awareness and grow your sales pipeline.
  • Prospecting & Opportunity Development: Drive proactive outreach to your assigned accounts, identifying and developing viable sales opportunities.
  • Executive Engagement: Gain access to and build relationships with C-suite executives, driving alignment with SAP’s HCM solutions.
  • Lead Sales Cycles: Take charge of complex sales cycles, working with internal teams (Pre-Sales, Product Management, HCM Transformation, etc.) to enhance the value SAP brings to customers.
  • Achieve Targets: Consistently meet and exceed your sales goals.
  • Travel: Travel required for in-person engagements
