As a Brand Technical Specialist, you’ll be the go-to subject matter expert, collaborating with colleagues across the wider Sales team – advising and supporting client engagements throughout the entire sales process. Your primary responsibilities will include Client Strategy Development: Develop client strategies for IBM Cloud infrastructure and applications. Solution Definition: Define compatible IBM Cloud solutions. Proof of Concept Creation: Provide proof of concepts and simplify complex technical concepts for client understanding. Stakeholder Relationship Building: Build credibility and trust with stakeholders to facilitate the closing of complex Cloud technology deals.
- 8+ years of experience working in a customer-facing presales technology adviser role
- 6+ years of experience architecting complex solutions that meet current and future customer requirements.
- Advanced knowledge of Unix or Linux operating systems, preferably in the form of Red Hat’s platform solutions like Red Hat Enterprise Linux (RHEL), Red Hat Satellite, Red Hat Enterprise MRG, and other related technologies
- Deep knowledge of open-source cloud Infrastructure-as-a-Service (IaaS) and Platform-as-a-Service (PaaS)solutions like Red Hat OpenStack Platform, Red Hat OpenShift, or other industry alternatives knowledge of technologies around application development, middleware, and cloud, including modern best practices around these and demonstrated record of developing relationships with engineering and executive teams throughout large enterprise IT organisations
- Ability to create and deliver presentations and lead technical and business discussions with C-level executives, and experience coordinating proofs of concepts from concept to business closure

- Redhat Certifications /Other Certifications
- Good knowledge of Cloud /Hybrid Cloud technologies
