He/She will report to the CCB/GSG cluster Sales Head in Mexico.

Leading and implementing Country Specific business strategy:

  • Coverage of the CCB client franchise in Mexico. Executing an ambitious strategy to grow our episodic business among FX, LM Rates and Credit business with CCB Client.
  • Check Indicative Pricing, XVA, Credit, Documentation, Onboarding, prepare pitches for clients/strategies.
  • Execute (price, tie with trading, book, etc)
  • Partner with other key ICG businesses and Functions such as Banking, CMO and the CCO network.

Leading strong governance and controls:

  • Works in close partnership with control functions such as Legal, Compliance, Market and Credit Risk, Audit, Finance - to ensure appropriate governance and control infrastructure.
  • Builds a culture of responsible finance and high ethical standards.
  • Become the go-to contact for countries for pricing enquiries, general questions, etc.

Experience, skills and capabilities:

  • In depth experience of Markets products, clients, and business dynamics to originate and execute solutions business.
  • DPaddins expert in pricing for plain vanilla Interest Rate, Cross Currency Swaps and Option Structures
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Credibility and gravitas to lead, motivate and influence a diverse population.
  • Superior problem-solving skills

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree
  • English fluency is required

Travel:

  • Yes, within Mexican territory.
