Responsibilities:
Develop an already existing data base on Commodities by leveraging best-in-class suppliers (Market intelligence), processes to enable a competitive advantage.
Develop and maintain the existing cadence of communication and continuously look to improve and adapt.
Partner with Global Commodity sourcing partners to gain and develop good knowledge on key commodities impacting the organization.
Lead the weekly and monthly communications in a sustainable way with minimum variations from the defined framework.
Support during AOP build ups to standardize key commodity frameworks that are sustainable and easy to update and use.
Support US and EMEA time zones
Ensure global policy compliance.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree.
At least 5 years of work experience in strategic sourcing or supply chain function.
Prefer two or more years work experience in formed or direct metal sourcing, not a requirement.
Experience working in a matrixed organization
Bring a growth mindset and creative attitude to change the status Quo.
