Key job responsibilities
Develop, analyze, and present environmental metrics, horizon scan for risk and effectively communicate insights to internal stakeholders.Submit time critical environmental reports to various governmental agencies.Complete thorough environmental investigations and associated regulatory reporting including working with operations/necessary stakeholders to develop and implement appropriate corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).About the team

- Bachelor degree in environmental science, chemical or environmental engineering, or related field of study
- 5+ years serving as an environmental technical resource, compliance specialist, program specialist, or program manager
- Experience with regulatory assessments and managing environmental compliance related to areas such as air quality, water quality, waste management, and hazardous materials
- Applied knowledge of local, national and European environmental laws, regulations, and standards related to areas such as air quality, water quality, waste management, and hazardous materials

- Master's degree or equivalent
- A builder - not a maintainer in Environmental Program management
- Ability to follow the plan, but dive into ambiguity to sort 'it out', think big, and apply solutions for long term improvement opportunities across a portfolio of projects
- Use the data and anecdotes to support your efforts and operate to a Plan, Do, Check, Act mentality
- Strong analytical skills on leading and lagging data, with problem solving abilities that show results
- Demonstrated understanding of environmental regulations for the jurisdiction
