As a Principal Sales Transformation Associate you will be Supporting the Sales Transformation Office and Dealer Sales Experience. This role will be a combination of Event and Project management, leveraging strong communication, results focus and problem solving skills to deliver “best in class” events for our internal sales associates. In this role, you will work closely with business leaders, key stakeholders and the larger sales team to execute on event strategy and logistics. You will get the opportunity to work in a high-energy, fast paced environment to develop memorable experiences, as well as build relationships with business partners and team members.

Responsibilities:

• Create, manage and execute event strategy and logistics for meetings that span from regional to divisional audiences, as well as curated events for key organizations in the Sales department (people leaders, new hires, etc.)

• Communicate clearly and effectively with VP-level partners, dealer partners and external event vendors

• Partner with creative team members to develop event concepts and materials leveraging our marketing process

• Handle various project management tasks, adhering to event timelines and managing event budgets

Basic Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree or military experience

• At least 2 years of experience in Marketing or Brand

• At least 2 years of experience in Corporate Events or the hospitality industry

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing or Communications

• 3+ years of experience in Marketing or Brand

• 3+ years of experience in Corporate Events or the hospitality industry
