Reporting to the Director Sales EMEAI, you will define, eloquent, and implement a plan to grow licensing and royalty revenue.

  • Understand the competitive landscape, track changing industry trends and dynamics whilst developing strategies to tackle technical and business challenges and crafting new business opportunities.
  • Drive mid-to-long term strategic direction for applicable sub-segments, aligning internal product and ecosystem developments.
  • Influence Arm’s wider organisation to provide the vital support and resources.


Responsibilities:

  • Identifying, profiling, and prioritising based on opportunity size, strategic importance, difficulty/complexity, and time to revenue.
  • Identifying the decision makers to increase the awareness/value of Arm technology by developing trust between Arm and the customer at all levels.
  • Understanding customer requirements, product plans and roadmaps and presenting those within Arm.
  • Crafting account plans with agreed objectives and strategies to penetrate these opportunities, conveying Arm’s value proposition to get Arm solutions embraced.
  • Tracking and presenting internally all competitive activity within each account/territories.
  • Measuring and reporting progress vs. agreed objectives.


Required Skills and Experience :

  • Understanding of the semiconductor related activities such as: chip architecture, chip design, markets, technologies, systems, low level SW.
  • Proven Delivery of Results: Solid result orientation as displayed by past achievement in successfully developing account plans, implementing sales initiatives and winning designs.
  • Interpersonal competence: Capable of aligning multiple team members to pursue new strategies and tactical implementation of multi-pronged strategies. Be curious.
  • Able to lead and advance many projects simultaneously and adapt quickly to the unexpected.
  • Proficient in French and English.
