As a Principal Process Manager, you will be part of a smart, talented team responsible for creating and enhancing processes that deliver excellence to your customer each and every time. The Principal Process Manager will play a key role in delivering processes that impact the company’s bottom line. In this position you will contribute immediately while strengthening your process management best practices.

General Responsibilities:

• Leading and owning oversight of smaller process improvement work and collaborating with teammates on larger initiatives

• Collecting data and information, using analytics and reporting to provide transparency to senior leadership and executives

• Tracking process breakdowns and driving issue resolution and risk mitigation activities

• Developing and maintaining formal process documentation including procedures, process flow diagrams

• Monitor and assess metrics, controls, requirements and other things to ensure a robust process

• Acting as a subject matter expert to effectively partner with other business units and product managers to achieve desired outcome for our customers
  

Basic Qualifications:

• High School Diploma, GED or equivalent certification

• At least 1 year of experience with Microsoft Office or G Suite

• At least 1 year of Process Management experience

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree or military experience

• Lean, Agile, Six Sigma, Business Process Management, or Project Management certification

• 1+ years of experience in Compliance or Risk Management

• 2+ years of experience in Process Management
