Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
5 years of experience identifying issues in processes and creating solutions, and working with cross-functional teams to drive these changes.
5 years of experience in a customer or client-facing role supporting role in operations management.
5 years of experience building relationships with stakeholders or clients.
Preferred qualifications:
Experience with program management in cross-functional projects.
Experience in building and managing budgets with strategic business planning processes in an organization.
Experience in achieving results in a fast-paced environment and continually adapting to changing business needs.
Ability to create dashboards for requirements, management, and present them in a clear and precise way.
