What You’ll Do:
- Quota-setting and incentive creation for sales teams: Support the Sales organization’s responsibilities for compensation, including quota calculation and roll-out, team hierarchy management, opportunity alignment, and special incentive creation.
- Cross-functional execution: Drive the Sales organization’s priorities in coordination with our Compensation, Finance, Operations, and Sales teams.
- Insight generation and process improvement: Uncover insights in sales performance, share findings with senior leadership, and help implement solutions.
- Create dynamic opportunities: Learn as you go and find a way to make a unique impact. This role reports into the Go-to-Market organization, which partners closely with sales leadership and is an agile team that is always looking for new ways to improve.
What You Bring:
- 1-2 years experience in an analyst role, or a recent degree in an analytical field (e.g., business, economics, engineering, computer science, math)
- Strong analytical skills and ability to draw insight and meaning out of data, including experience working in Microsoft Excel
- Familiarity with Xactly or related sales compensation software a plus
- The ability to turn data into a visual dashboard, ie Tableau
- Enthusiasm for making a difference and rolling up your sleeves to see things through
This is a hybrid role, working a minimum of three days per week from one of our US offices.
The US base salary range for this position is $68,000 to $93,500 + annual bonus + benefits.
