- 8 years of experience with software development in Java, Swift, or TypeScript.
- 3 years of mobile-specific product and UI design experience, including apps for Android and iOS.
- 3 years of experience in a technical leadership role; overseeing projects, with 2 years of experience in a people management, supervision/team leadership role.
- Experience with senior stakeholder management and cross-functional partnerships.
Preferred qualifications:
- Master's degree or PhD in Computer Science or related technical field.
- Experience leading engineering teams building user-facing products, including mobile applications.
- Experience designing, maintaining, and improving engineering systems.
- Experience and technical leadership in Android.
- Ability to build relationships, influence key decisions, or drive urgency on key priorities.
