Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
7 years of experience working in a privacy related field (e.g., security engineering, data engineering, data scientist, compliance engineering etc.).
2 years of experience in managing resources (e.g., prioritizing work, project planning, and execution, etc.) to solve technical and operational problems, customizing existing solutions and frameworks to meet organizational needs.
2 years of experience in managing, mentoring, and developing a team to drive initiatives and solutions for technological problems with company-wide impact.
Preferred qualifications:
Experience building diverse and inclusive teams.
Experience engaging key cross-functional stakeholders, driving consensus, and unblocking challenges to land changes across multiple business units.
Experience leveraging industry knowledge to determine privacy technologies or frameworks to solve technical and operational problems, customizing existing solutions, and frameworks to support business objectives.
