WHAT YOU'LL BRING
15 - 18 years of overall experience in IT software and services
10 + years of Relational Databases including Installation, upgrades, client and Maintenance strategies, Migration aspects, integration between systems, Disaster Recovery, infrastructure scalability among other topics.
4 – 5 years of experience in Service Delivery / Operations
2 – 3 years of People Management experience
The Database skills &experience on SAP HANA, SAP ASE besides other DBs would be essential.
Proven understanding of Cloud Architecture including Azure, AWS, GCP etc
Deep understanding of SAP Applications & Technologies and related ITIL processes
Successful experience leading multi-locational, multi-skill set teams is a value addition.
Comfortable handling challenging situations is a MUST including managing de-escalation conversations with senior stakeholders at SAP and at the customer. Ideally exposed to global escalations in a leading role
Successful track record of proposing and implementing process and organizational improvements with measurable results.
Excellent internal and external stakeholder management, presentation, and communication skills
Flexibility to work on different time zones, as required.
Deep knowledge about operations processes of large development organizations
Proven track record of successfully orchestrating activities across different organizations and time zones (e.g. Asia, Europe, US)
Must have excellent presentation, communication, and inter-personal skills.
